Lawmakers consider deal to lift the debt ceiling

After weeks of going back and forth, President Joe Biden and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy have finally reached a debt ceiling deal that would raise the nation’s debt limit. Right now, Congressional lawmakers are considering the legislation. Both party leaders say neither side got everything they wanted. ABC’s Em Nguyen explains the deal from Washington.
