The Department of Justice went from being respected to being well known for targeting American citizens. Senior politics editor Christopher Bedford says agencies like the FBI have a long history of politically motivated attacks dating back to J. Edgar Hoover. In order for the DOJ to be reformed, Bedford says it must be drastically shrunk and become more transparent.
