Rep. Higgins speaks after voting ‘No’ to release Epstein files

Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) speaks on the House floor after voting ‘No’ to release the Jeffrey Epstein Files. The final House vote was 427-1, and Rep. Higgins was the only member to vote against the bill’s passage. Rep. Higgins (R-LA) wrote in an X post, “I have been a principled ‘NO’ on this bill from the beginning. What was wrong with the bill three months ago is still wrong today.”
