Venezuela’s Maduro open to ‘serious’ talks with US on drugs, oil

Venezuela’s President Nicolas Maduro said this week that his country is willing to have “serious” talks with the U.S. on drug trafficking and oil. In an interview this week, Maduro did not address last week’s CIA-led strike at a Venezuelan docking area that the Trump administration believed was used by cartels.
