The criminal complaint says former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo forcibly placed his hand under the victim’s shirt for “purposes of degrading and gratifying his sexual desires.” Cuomo resigned in August after a report from the state’s attorney general detailing allegations from 11 women. Cuomo’s attorney said in a statement that he “has never assaulted anyone” and said the charge was motivated by “politics.”
